Our commitment

Wisdom Platform is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Features

• Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard.
• Screen reader support: ARIA labels and roles are used throughout for screen-reader users.
• Audio player: Lessons are available as audio with playback speed controls (0.75× to 1.5×).
• Colour contrast: Text meets or exceeds WCAG AA contrast ratios against all backgrounds.
• Resizable text: The layout remains usable when browser text size is increased to 200%.
• Skip link: A skip-to-main-content link is the first focusable element on every page.
• Responsive design: The platform works on all screen sizes, including mobile devices.

Known limitations

User-submitted content (lesson text) may not always meet accessibility standards, as we cannot fully control contributors' writing. We encourage contributors to write clearly and descriptively.
