By creating an account or using Wisdom Platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The platform's community is focused on wisdom-sharing from life experience, primarily by people aged 50 and over, but all ages are welcome to read and learn.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the lessons you write. By submitting a lesson you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and reproduce it (including as audio) on the platform and in promotional material.

You must not publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, violates another party's privacy, or infringes intellectual property rights.

4. Moderation

All lessons pass through human moderation before publication. We reserve the right to reject, quarantine, or remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account. We may suspend accounts found to be abusing the platform.

6. Disclaimer

Lessons on Wisdom Platform represent personal opinions and lived experience. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always seek qualified advice for important decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wisdom Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
